Squats (place your feet wide apart and go very deep – ass to the grass to target your glutes)
4 sets – 6-8 reps⠀
Lying Leg Curl
4 sets – 8-10 reps⠀
Stiff-Legged Deadlift
6 sets – 6-8 reps⠀
Leg Press (you can vary the foot position but keep the feet high on the sled to engage the hamstrings more)
6 sets – 10-12 reps⠀
Weighted Lunges (take longer than normal strides to emphasize the glutes more)
4 sets – 12 steps each side⠀
