Try this ab routine 3 times per week along with a healthy diet for a hard 6-pack. There is no rest listed between the exercises because they are meant to be done in a circuit. After the circuit has been completed, rest about 60 seconds and go back through 2 more times. If you want to make this routine harder, add some resistance on the exercises by holding a weight.⠀

Decline Reverse Crunch

Toe Touchers
15-20 reps

Repeat the routine for 3 rounds
